Our Policy

At Waves Salon we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation.

We recognize that not all of life's unexpected events come with advance notice, but our employees depend on you to respect their time and schedule. We reserve the right to administer a $55 cancellation fee to any last minute cancellations.

In addition, we reserve the right to charge you in full for any appointments that are missed without notice. Thank you for respecting our staff.
